Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services (“Services”) provided by Airport Cars UK (“the Company”) to you, the Customer, and form the basis of a binding legal contract.
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, and excludes any implied warranties or conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law.


2. Service Charges

The charges for the Services (“Transport Charges”) shall be as outlined in the Company’s current schedule of rates.
Cancellation Policy:

  • 24-hour cancellations: Full booking fee applies.
  • 48-hour cancellations: 50% of the booking fee applies.
  • Cancellations for bookings outside the Nottingham area or cancellations of allocated bookings may incur additional charges.

3. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, including changes to Service charges, with prior reasonable notice. Any amendments will be communicated in writing and must be authorized by an officer of the Company to be valid.


4. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid in full within 28 days of issuance. Late payments will result in all outstanding invoices becoming immediately due.
Interest at a rate of 3% per month may be charged on overdue balances, along with applicable late payment fees.
Customers may not withhold payment due to disputes or claims for compensation.


5. Account Limits

The Company may impose a credit limit on Customer accounts and reserves the right to suspend Services if this limit is exceeded.


6. Account Security

Customers are responsible for the confidentiality of their account passwords. The Company is not liable for unauthorized use of passwords.


7. Liability Limitations

The Company is not liable for loss or damage of:

  • Monetary instruments (e.g., cash, cheques, bonds).
  • Items valued over £100 unless agreed upon in advance.
  • Hazardous, illegal, or perishable goods unless pre-agreed in writing.

The Company may dispose of prohibited or unclaimed items and is not liable for associated losses.
The Company is not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits).
  • Damage to fragile items unless explicitly agreed.
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events beyond its control.
    Liability for loss or damage is capped at £150 or the declared value of the item, whichever is lower.

8. Delivery and Delays

While the Company strives for timely delivery, it does not guarantee specific timeframes unless explicitly agreed in writing.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to Customer fault or external factors, additional charges may apply for storage or re-delivery.


9. Right to Retain Goods

The Company reserves the right to retain goods pending full payment of outstanding invoices.


10. Termination of Services

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with one month’s written notice.
The Company may terminate or suspend Services without notice if the Customer breaches any terms.


11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and resolved exclusively in English courts.


12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer, superseding all previous communications.


13. Notices

Notices may be served via post, email, or other documented methods and will be deemed received 24 hours after dispatch.


14. No Waiver

The Company’s failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.


15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain enforceable.


16. Data Protection

Personal data provided by the Customer may be used for fraud prevention checks and shared with credit reference agencies as required.
